This wine is a dry white wine that is the perfect "Antidote" to our "Poizin." We tank fermented the juice in stainless steel for 45days, then left the wine on the lees until bottling. The extended lees contact helped to create complex aromatics of cantaloupe and meyer lemon, and a luscious mouthfeel reminiscent of pear flambé. The multiple varietals adds depth and uniqueness to this balanced and approachable white wine. Drink this wine alone as an aperitif, or pair with your favorite fresh appetizers. |
